  • We accept returns for print posters under the following conditions:

    • Damaged Items: If your poster arrives damaged, we will gladly offer you a full refund or replacement.

    • Incorrect Order: If we have sent you the wrong poster, we will correct the issue at no extra cost to you.

    Please note: Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective posters, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    • All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • After this period, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

  • To request a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Us: Email us at with the poster details and the issue. Please attach clear photos of any damage, if applicable.

    2. Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

    • If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement poster, depending on your preference and item availability.

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Due to the custom nature of letterpress posters, we are unable to accept returns for posters that have been opened and are no longer in the original condition.

  • We ship worldwide and do our best to ensure safe delivery of all posters. However, once the order is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused during transit, unless the damage is a result of our packing.

  • If you want a different poster, you will need to return the original item (at your own cost) and then place a new order.

    The unwanted poster needs to be returned in good condition and undamaged.
